The President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, on Friday reflected on trade and economic relations between Armenia and the US.
The Ambassador of Armenia to the US, Grigor Hovhannissian, presented a report on the embassy’s activities in this connection.
Noting that this year Armenia and the US mark the 25th anniversary of state relations, the President stressed that a solid partnership has been established between the two countries, over the course of these years.
Subsequently, the discussants conferred on Ambassador Hovhannissian’s report, the existing challenges in Armenian-American trade and economic relations, and the plans toward addressing these challenges.
In addition, the President gave respective instructions.
