In connection with absence of Turkish goods in the Russian market it is necessary for Armenia to change the range of agricultural products supplied to Russia, chairman of Agrarian-Peasant Union Hrach Berberyan said at the Sputnik Armenia radio station.
‘‘Taking into account new opportunities for Armenian producers after Russian sanctions in respect of Turkish goods, it is necessary for Armenia to change the range of agricultural products exported to Russia,’’ RIA Novosti cites him as saying.
According to Berberyan, in connection with the changed situation Armenian producers have developed a strategic program to increase supplies.
In addition, a preliminary agreement has already been reached with transport and logistics companies in order to start the process this spring.
